My name is Kelly I am a Reiki Master/Complimentary Therapist who is passionate about helping people relax and de-stress. I'm very excited to share my journey with Reiki with you and also hear about your own views and experiences with Reiki. I started this blog as I couldn't find a blog like this in London let alone Hackney. Its my mission to share with you info and exercises that are related to Reiki and Relaxation.
